I had one session with Kayla and after a month of excruciatingly painful breastfeeding, vasospasms, possible yeast infection, mastitis, lip & tongue tie, many breakdowns and ALMOST giving up… I’m finally able to breastfeed pain free. My entire pregnancy I envisioned breastfeeding my baby and for me the possibility of not being able to never crossed my mind. I was heartbroken and devastated, I dreaded feeding my baby. Kayla was amazing! A total God send! She came to our home, and taught us some important things to know about infant and their sleep patterns. Taught us different methods to get our little boy to sleep more effectively. She provided us with a written sleep plan that she went over with us, but was also easily available by email, txt, or phone for questions and support. My child’s nighttime sleep drastically improved, and with her help he is now even sleeping through the night. If you asked me just a few weeks ago if I thought that would ever happen I’d laugh in your face. When I was struggling with getting my son to go down for his daytime naps she did another home visit and was able to pick up some things I should do differently in our routine and he is now improving with daytime naps too. I was in a really hard place. A first time mom with some other family issues I was dealing with, no sleep… PPD was definitely setting in, and something had to change. I contacted Kayla and she has changed this family’s life for the better. The whole family is sleeping better, me and my husband can spend time together again, and my mental health has greatly improved. If you are out there and you feel like your fighting a losing battle trying to get your child to sleep call Kayla. It’s the best thing I did!

We did the virtual prenatal class with Kayla and it was awesome! I would recommend it to anyone. Being a FTM I wasn’t sure what to expect, but came out of this feeling like I learned so much more than I expected too. Kayla is very calm and thorough- she really made us feel comfortable and my husband and I both felt much more prepared after taking this course. Lots of information was promptly shared after the end of the course for you to go back and read on your own time which is super helpful as it is a lot of information to take in at once!
